Join us for an immersive experience in the ethereal realm of healing through sound. The Sufi Soul Sansuarty Sound Bath offers a guided meditation steeped in mindfulness, inviting self-reflection, rejuvenation, and a profound inner tranquility. Yssis Saadi El will weave a unique, gentle, and magical experience, leading participants on a journey of self-discovery and deep subconscious exploration. Engage in a guided sound bath experience that explores faith, hope, and love, culminating in a mindful discussion. This event promises an encounter that goes beyond words and is best understood through participation.

As the session begins, our meditation facilitator invites you to close your eyes; we generally will do 3 to 5 deep breaths and start to let go of any tension or stress. We will then use the instruments to produce gentle and melodic sounds, allowing the vibrations to wash over you. The sound waves interact with your body and mind, helping induce a deep relaxation state. We will incorporate positive word associations, generating a specific tone so the words can take root within your soul. You will also be guided on various tranquil scenes, each providing a unique experience of connection and reflection.

​The experience is designed to guide you into a meditative state effortlessly. The soundscape envelops you, creating a sense of being surrounded by a cocoon of harmonious vibrations. This encourages your mind to quiet down, allowing you to enter a state of deep mindfulness. Many participants report experiencing a heightened sense of awareness, a release of physical and mental tension, and even moments of profound insight. We invite our session participants to share any insight about their experience at the closing and answer questions.

It's crucial to note that while sound baths offer relaxation, they shouldn't replace medication or therapy provided by a mental health professional for managing anxiety or depression. Considering the primary outcome of this practice is relaxation, it might be beneficial to explore it as a complementary supplement to your overall treatment.

Engaging in a sound bath is simpler than various meditative methods, as it doesn't demand extensive discipline or patience for mastery—be still and listen.
